1) What travel Documents I must curry with me for the flight?
For flight safety and security reasons all Passengers are required to have their identification documents. Accepted Documents are a valid Passport or your National ID card so please carry them with you.
2) Where and when I need to be at the airport?
You should be at the departure general aviation facilities 30 minutes prior to your departure.
3) What luggage I can bring with me?
Helicopters maximum Take-off weight is very specific so though there is space available very often they are limited by the weight available for them. Pilot has the responsibility to calculate the weight and balance of the helicopter so when ever you are asked by him or the company for your weight or the weight of your luggage please be as specific as possible and be assured this is only for the safety of your flight. So please contact us before your trip to get informed about the luggage limit you can bring on board.
4) What happens if my flight is cancelled due to weather?
If your flight gets cancelled prior it commences due to unforeseen weather conditions the agreed chartered price paid for your trip will be refunded in full except if a reschedule is agreed afterwards.
5) What happens if I have an Infant with me?
Any child below the age of 2 years is considered as infant and is allowed to travel on the lap of an adult passenger secured on him by an infant-seat-belt extension. Children above the age of 2 years must occupy a seat of their own.
6) Are pets allowed in a flight?
Your lovely pets are allowed in flight , but they should be accompanied with their full valid health and vaccination certificates .They must be at a specially arranged place for them. Please contact us beforehand if you intend to bring your pet with you.
7) Where can the Helicopter land?
A helicopter can usually land almost anywhere. To assure the safety of the flight and passengers and any facility and persons on the ground the final landing site of each flight is the responsibility of the operator and the pilot to decide and is carefully calculated and selected after taking in consideration whether the area is inhabited or not, and complying with helicopters dimensions and performance restrictions during landing and take off . For all Off airport Landings several factors play role into the decision as to land or not. Even if a landing site was previously approved the Pilot based on the conditions on the spot decides that is not safe to land he may refuse an off-airport landing at any time in which case the flight will continue to an alternate airport and client is responsible for any ground transportation.
8) What kind of dangerous items and goods are prohibited from carrying them onboard
